If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Customized products, OEM orders, private label products, and laser-engraved instruments are non-returnable unless they are received damaged or defective.

Once your returned item has been inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
